Data Deletion Request

You may request deletion of your SayIDoApp account and personal information.

What Deletion Means

When your account is deleted, we will take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify personal information connected to your account unless we need to keep certain information for legal, security, accounting, billing, dispute, fraud prevention, backup, or business record purposes.

Information That May Be Deleted

This may include account profile information, wedding planning details, budgets, checklists, guest lists, uploaded files, notes, preferences, and certain usage records.

How To Request Deletion

Email hello@sayidoapp.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Include your full name, the email address connected to your account, and a clear request to delete your account or personal information.

Processing

We may ask you to verify your identity. We will review and process deletion requests within a reasonable time unless a longer period is required or allowed by law.
